Lidor, who specializes in haute cuisine using fresh local products, commenced his career as a chef in many restaurants, such as: Balini, Pastis, the mythological Keren Restaurant and even served as a consultant to a number of conceptual places. His affinity to the Asian kitchen and use of the best raw materials which vary pursuant to the seasons and daily field crops in the market are evident in every course that he serves in his kitchen.
The chef has formulated the menu from the uncompromising quality of the raw materials so that our guests will activate all their senses. Here, every course appears to be a palette of an artist on which, instead of colors you will find a sculpture in food alongside a quality alcohol bar and vintage wines.
